Charlie Hinckley started Aspen Grove Home Mortgage in 1995. When Charlie and his family moved to Kentucky in 2005,
ownership was transferred to Bill Vigeant, who has worked with Charlie since 2001.
The company remains locally owned and operated in the Colorado Springs area.

During his Air Force career, Bill lived in nine states and four foreign countries, and visited 19 additional countries.
His last assignment was 3 1/2 years at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.
Bill and Diane moved to Colorado Springs in July 2001. In addition to operating Aspen Grove Home Mortgage,
Bill assists Diane with her custom embroidery and print business when needed.Bill and Diane enjoy and teach country-western dancing, travel in their motor-home whenever they get the chance, and are involved in canine rescue with special focus on Soft-Coated Wheaten Terriers and Bearded Collies and mixes of both breeds.
